Currently, we only deliver within India. However, you can make purchases from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

Although we make every effort to ensure accurate deliveries, if you receive a different or wrong product, please visit the returns section on our website or click here to request a return.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Once a return or exchange request is placed, the reverse pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 days. After the product arrives at our warehouse and passes a quality check (usually within 7-10 days), we will initiate the refund or exchange process within 72 hours. Please allow 7-10 working days for the dispatched product to reach you.

Once the returned product undergoes a quality check at our warehouse (within 7-10 days), we’ll initiate the refund process within 72 hours. If you used a promotional/coupon code, the refunded amount will be credited as store credit. For non-promotional purchases, the refund will be credited to your bank account.

For orders with discounted items that are returned, the discount will be forfeited, and products will be billed at their full price. The remaining amount will be refunded as store credit.

Once the returned product passes the quality check, a refund in the form of store credit will be issued to the registered email and WhatsApp number.
