3. 7-day Easy Returns/Exchange on Outerwear: We offer a hassle-free exchange or return policy for all outerwear, no questions asked. You can request an exchange or return for any outerwear product within 7 days of its delivery. (Return Not Applicable on Athleisure, Thermals, Boat Earphones Orders, End of Season Sale & Black Friday Sale)

If you’re dissatisfied with how your garment fits or looks, you can request an exchange for an alternate size or color.

Prefer a return instead? We’ll issue you a refund for the product’s price. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded. The refund will be credited back to the original payment source within 15 days.

Here’s how to proceed:

Step 1: Reach out to our customer support team via email at hello@akordwear.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9326 582 124 within 7 days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide your order details and request an exchange or return. Please include an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We’ll arrange for the product pickup within 7 days. We’ll initiate the exchange or return process only upon receiving the products in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Note: If we’re unable to process an exchange due to product unavailability, we’ll issue a refund for the product’s price. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded. The refund will be credited back to the original payment source within 15 days.

4. Non-Eligibility for Return or Exchange: We regret to inform you that we cannot offer a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
  • The product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, freebies, and other accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged.
  • Defective products not covered under the seller/manufacturer’s warranty.
  • The product is used or altered.

5. Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges: Please refrain from returning any product before receiving confirmation from our team. If any product is returned without confirmation, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to process your request. Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for defects or variations based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our quality control team that your return meets all conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your exchange or return request. You’ll receive an email and SMS notifying you if your return has been accepted or rejected. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 15 business days.

If your pin code is non-serviceable for return pickup, we may request you to ship the product back to us. We’ll refund courier charges up to Rs.70 to you. Customers are required to submit the shipping information/receipt by contacting our customer care team.

Returns will only be accepted for products purchased on this website. AKORD products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us.

If we find that a customer is misusing the exchanges and refunds policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
